Working in CPT, I like the warm and harmonious atmosphere of this company the most. Departments cooperate with each other closely and work together not just for products but for the patients’ benefits, making colleagues more motivated to work and proud of our own jobs. Also because of the cross-functional cooperation, employees can not only play well in their own position, but also have opportunities to extend the learning tentacles to different fields and expand the horizons.
In addition, CPT is willing to give back to employees. Besides the enviable employee benefits, CPT also arranges various activities, such as the weight control plan, the innovation workshop, and language courses, and leadership courses, each is to make employees better, like make us getting healthy, stimulate our thinking, and empower our ability.
At the same time, we can bring our family to participate in several activities, such as the Mid-Autumn Barbecue.
