Recent years, Chugai Pharma Taiwan has placed emphasis on social care and employee wellness. By holding charity events every year, Chugai Pharma Taiwan proactively takes action to implement Corporate Social Responsibility. Undoubtedly, this year, CPT also hosts the charity event – 3-day (from October 9 to October 11) cycling event at Kinmen.

The flight took off in the early morning on October 9 and then landed Kinmen airport around 1 hour later. It was a sunny day. After getting off the airplane, everyone changed clothes immediately for the cycling. Kinmen Fu-Ten Home was the first stop. Almost 40 members joined the event even though they did know it was never easy to ride bikes all day long under the burning sun and in such hilly terrain. They just kept cycling step by step not only to shorten the distance to the destination but to show their sincere concern to the society.

Chugai Pharma Taiwan coordinated this charity event to offer employees a wellness program, a closer look about Kinmen culture and history, and a real experience of participating social contribution through the donation such as industrial fans, raw rice, and daily necessaries to support the charity institution. Chugai Pharma Taiwan will constantly dedicate to social care and take social welfare as own responsibility as always.
