Through diverse collaborations with social innovation organizations, the company carefully evaluates supplier qualifications in its procurement operations, emphasizes quality, and supports environmentally friendly products, integrating sustainability concepts into its business operations. On the 12th, the company was honored with the highest accolade—the Excellence Leadership of Procurement Award"—at the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "2025 Buying Power Social Innovation Product and Service Procurement Awards," marking its third consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition.

The "2025 Buying Power Social Innovation Product and Service Procurement Awards" ceremony was held this afternoon at Huashan 1914 Creative Park, with Mr. Yuji Habara, President and General Manager of CPT, accepting the award on behalf of the company.

The Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, has organized this award since 2017 to encourage public and private enterprises to procure products or services from social innovation organizations, jointly promoting more socially and environmentally responsible consumption practices. Social innovation organizations are professional groups that use innovative business models to address social and environmental issues. The key to CPT's award this year lies in the company's active partnerships with as many as 10 social innovation organizations, including partners who supply green energy for office procurement, employee training vendors, and animal-friendly fresh milk suppliers—all of which are social innovation organizations. This demonstrates the company's commitment to responsible procurement, not only meeting corporate needs but also deeply embedding the values of social good into its corporate culture.

CPT stated that participating in "Buying Power" social innovation procurement not only responds to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12, "Responsible Consumption and Production," but also drives progress in other SDG indicators, such as promoting decent work and economic growth (SDG 8) and achieving sustainable cities and communities (SDG 11). Through collaboration with diverse social innovation partners, the company seamlessly integrates the ambitious goals of sustainable development into its existing operational framework.
